'BRIGHT BALKAN SHIPPING SERVICES SRL' holding Company of ISQ 9001 was established in November 2001 by Cpt. Nikolaos I. Koltsakis, on behalf of the brothers Cpt. Dimitrios and Cpt. Georgios Stefanou who are the administrators and the share holders of the company . Primary object of activities of the company is the recruiting by providing highly qualified, disciplined, medically and mentally fit Romanian seafarers to foreign principals. Upon the formation of the company and the receipt of the Manning License on 17th of November 2001, operations immediately commenced and deployed the first batch of crew at the end of the same month. Success of the company can be gauged by the number of Principals, manned vessels, number of crew applying for employment as well as the harmonious working relationship of all office personnel and seafarers. Starting with the first seafarer dispatched on 29 November 2001, 'BBSS SRL' boasts that in very short time has a lot of dispatched seafarers in various foreign Principals' vessels and still growing. 'BRIGHT BALKAN SHIPPING SERVICES SRL' is in close cooperation with 'BRIGHT MARITIME CORPORATION INC.' in Piraeus who is also coordinating the business.
