The subsidiary in Romania has been inaugurated at the same time as the four subsidiaries from Croatia, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary. 2009 Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberosterreich AG took over Impuls Leasing International AG and became the major shareholder of all national lease companies of the group.For the years to come, the group plans on extending also on the leasing market of Bulgaria, Serbia, Ukraine and the Moldavian Republic.
